Strategic public-private partnerships to accelerate social impact and efficiency of public service delivery at scale*. At PRI, our Transformative Good Governance program focuses on the following areas:

- Government engagement, field work and classroom training to improve the lives of citizens: Partnering with Ashoka university, the Chief Ministers’ Office of the Haryana Government and Pernod Ricard India Foundation, along with other three corporate funders, the program creates a unique fellowship model. It relies on an experiential learning which recruits, trains and places 25 young professional within 22 district administrations as representatives of the chief minister to drive good governance. Harnessing talent and energies of young leaders for planning, monitoring, and supporting implementation of government programs, allows for local-level problem-solving and impact-at-scale. The Pernod Ricard India Foundation program supports the work of four associates in the districts of Palwal, Panchkula, Charkhi Dadri and Bhiwani from the 22 districts as part of the intervention.
- Pernod Ricard India Foundation launched the Child Rights Fellowship Program with Ashoka University and the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR). This Fellowship has been purposed with furthering the agenda for child welfare, development and protection in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The Fellowship drives policy, legislative and governance reforms for the achievement of child welfare, development and protection in Delhi through research, planning and execution, community advocacy and evaluation. This program is spearheaded through experiential programs with Fellows acting in the capacity of DCPCR representation within districts. Multiple interactive sessions on education, child protection, health and nutrition and shelter homes are conducted through this program as well protection and rehabilitation of children from begging. The core focus area is to protect children from substance abuse – amongst which, alcohol misuse. Interventions are structured around eight thematic areas of child protection. The program’s substance abuse initiative identified children affected by substance abuse across 6 hotspots of the city.
